Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and motivated Secondary Market Agent with hands-on
experience in buying and selling ready properties across the UAE. The ideal
candidate should be well-versed in market trends, client handling, and closing
resale transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and list ready properties for sale or resale from property owners
and investors.
• Market listings through property portals, company CRM, and social
media platforms.
• Qualify buyer inquiries and conduct property viewings.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment
potential.
• Negotiate offers and finalize deals with all relevant documentation and
legal compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and
brokers.
• Stay updated on current market trends, property laws, and RERA
regulations.
Requirements:
2–3 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in the secondary
market.
• Proven track record in closing resale property deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of property listing portals and CRM systems.
• Presentable, professional, and target-driven.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
