Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent with a strong
background in off-plan real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven
track record of closing deals, a deep understanding of the UAE real estate
market, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top-tier developers.
• Generate and manage leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins,
portals, referrals).
• Guide clients through the entire sales process — from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, project launches,
payment plans, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and
referrals.
• Attend project briefings, client meetings, and property events as
required.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth
transaction processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in off-plan property sales (UAE
experience preferred).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident, well-presented, and client-focused.
• Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
